  • 1 12 oz spam, cut into ¾ inch cubes
  • 4 cups steamed jasmine rice, best if leftover and cold
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 2 stalks scallions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon toasted white sesame seeds, for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon butter or toasted sesame oil, optional for richness

Sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
