Our family loves making homemade freezer pops—kids enjoy the process and I appreciate being able to control the ingredients. On our most recent beach trip the kids wanted a special treat, so we made a fun hybrid: chocolate-covered strawberries and chocolate-covered bananas combined into one freezer pop.
To keep things simple, I used Sir Bananas Real Milk and Real Bananas chocolate milk as the base and bought fresh strawberries. It was quick, kid-friendly, and delicious.

We set up one mold per child—our four kids plus our niece and nephew—and had each child place a few strawberry pieces into their section. This made the pops colorful and added fresh fruit to every bite.

Next, an adult poured the Sir Bananas chocolate banana milk into each compartment, filling around the strawberries so some fruit pieces remained visible near the top.

Because of the fruit placement and the creamy milk, a few strawberry slices floated toward the top, which made the finished pops look especially inviting.

Freeze the molds until the mixture is solid. When ready, pop them out and enjoy a refreshing treat that tastes like a chocolate-covered strawberry and banana in every bite.

These were a hit with both kids and adults—sweet, fruity, and just the right amount of creamy chocolate-banana flavor.

One of the best parts: Sir Bananas provides seven grams of protein per serving, so these pops offer a tasty snack with real milk, real bananas, and a boost of protein. You can also enjoy Sir Bananas on its own as a snack or alongside a meal.

Sir Bananas is available in half-gallon cartons, and you can choose Real Bananas or Real Bananas & Chocolate. They also offer single-serve Monkey Mates, which are convenient for taking on the go—perfect for family outings like beach days or picnics.
