What you will need to make the Keto Skillet Cheese Pizza
- Eggs
- Shredded cheese (mozzarella works well)
- Mayonnaise
- Italian seasoning
- Other toppings (optional)
- A cast iron pan. A two-handled pan is ideal for moving it in and out of the oven.
The recipe yields four generous slices. For the Egg Fast, each slice equals 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of fat, and 1 ounce of cheese.

A crust-free, nut-free cheese pizza that comes together quickly. Egg Fast compatible if made as directed. For standard keto, add pepperoni, low-carb veggies, or extra cheese as desired.
Ingredients
Pizza Base
- 2 oz (1/2 cup) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp onion powder
- Pinch of salt, to taste
Topping
- 2 oz shredded cheese (any kind)
- Additional Italian seasoning, as desired
- A drizzle of hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease or spray a cast iron pan lightly so the pizza won’t stick.
- In a bowl, whisk together the shredded cheese, eggs, mayonnaise, and seasonings until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared cast iron pan and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the top with the extra shredded cheese and a bit more Italian seasoning. Add any optional toppings now.
- Optional: drizzle a small amount of hot sauce over the top for extra flavor.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the pizza is puffed and lightly browned on top.
- Remove from the oven, cut into four slices, and serve warm.
