Instructions
- Prep the Watermelon. Cut the watermelon into 1-inch thick wedges and set aside.
- Make the Glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime zest, lime juice, and chopped cilantro until combined.
- Brush. Brush both sides of each watermelon wedge with the honey-lime glaze.
- Preheat. Heat a gas grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high (about 450°F). If using a gas grill, cook over direct flame.
- Grill. Place the wedges on the hot grill. Grill 1–2 minutes per side, flipping and rotating to get crisscross marks. Indoor grill time may be slightly longer.
- Serve. Serve warm or slightly chilled and sprinkle with your chosen garnish.
