How to Make a Fresh Juiced Cocktail

  • Prepare fresh juice following your juicer’s instructions. For each cocktail, combine 3/4 cup fresh juice and 1 ounce of the recommended spirit in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, then strain over a large ice cube.
  • Garnish with fresh fruit, herb sprigs or a vegetable slice to complement the flavors.

  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1/4 slice jalapeño (seeds removed)
  • 1 ounce tequila

Pineapple, Lemon + Ginger Bliss

  • 2 pineapples (rind removed, cut into large sticks)
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 ounce rum

Strawberry, Pear and Apple Dream

  • 3 apples
  • 3 pears
  • 12 strawberries
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 ounce gin

Instructions

Spicy Green Juice

  • Follow your juicer’s guide to extract the juice from the ingredients. To make the cocktail, combine 3/4 cup fresh green juice and 1 ounce tequila in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 20 seconds, strain over a large ice cube and garnish as desired. Cheers!

Pineapple, Lemon + Ginger Bliss

  • Juice the pineapple, ginger and lemon according to your juicer’s instructions. Combine 3/4 cup fresh juice and 1 ounce rum in a shaker with ice, shake briefly, then strain and serve over ice.

Strawberry, Pear and Apple Dream

  • Juice the apples, pears, strawberries and lime. Mix 3/4 cup fresh juice with 1 ounce gin in a shaker with ice, shake 20 seconds, strain over a large ice cube and garnish to finish.
