Ingredients

  • 1 pear, diced
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1/4 pineapple, diced
  • 1 Golden Delicious apple, diced
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 1 kiwi, diced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4-5 mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  • Combine all the fruit in a large bowl. Add the honey, chopped mint and lemon juice, tossing gently to coat. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours so the flavors meld before serving.
