Nutella is irresistible on its own, and when combined with whipped topping and mini chocolate chips then frozen, it becomes pure bliss. Try these 4-ingredient Frozen Nutella Cookie Sandwiches and enjoy.

If you’ve visited this blog before, you know I love recipes made with Nutella. My family agrees—this creamy hazelnut spread feels like its own food group.
This recipe is simple and requires no baking or heating. Just assemble and freeze.
In this version I used one of my homemade Nutella recipes (I include links to two homemade versions below), but for the classic flavor use the original Nutella—there’s really nothing quite like it.
Note: I added a couple teaspoons of mini chocolate chips in the ingredients. This is optional. The nutrition facts and WW points do not include the chocolate chips.
These frozen sandwiches are a family-pleasing treat—easy to make and delicious.

This recipe uses just four ingredients
Ingredients
- 4 whole sheets graham crackers
- 6 tsp Nutella (store-bought or a homemade version)
- 4 heaping tbsp Cool Whip (I used sugar-free)
- 2 tsp mini chocolate chips (optional; you can fold them into the Nutella mixture)

How to make Frozen Nutella Cookie Sandwiches
Easy directions
- Break each graham cracker sheet in half to make 8 squares.
- In a mixing bowl, stir the Nutella and whipped topping together until mostly smooth. A few streaks of Nutella are fine.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips, if using.
- Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the Nutella mixture onto 4 of the cracker squares. Gently press the remaining 4 squares on top to form sandwiches. Some filling may squeeze out—that’s okay. It firms up in the freezer.
- Wrap each sandwich individually in plastic wrap and place them on a freezer-safe plate or baking sheet. Freeze for about 2 hours or until firm. Remove from the freezer when ready to eat and enjoy.
- Store frozen for up to 3 weeks.
Enjoy the Nutella deliciousness!
