Meet Kenika Williams of Tidied by K | Get to Know Tuesdays

Welcome to our “Get to Know” series. Each Tuesday for the next year we will introduce a creator in the wellness and lifestyle space we think you should know. Featured creators come from diverse backgrounds—online content creators, coaches, and founders of product-based brands—each bringing a distinct niche and valuable contribution to the wellness community. Presented in a Q&A format, these interviews reveal each creator’s motivations, the content they’re most proud of, and ways you can support their work. We hope these conversations inspire and enrich your life.

This week we sit down with Kenika Williams of Tidied by K. Kenika shares, “I’ve always had a natural passion and appreciation for organization and structure, especially in home settings. It took years to turn that passion into a career. My path explored roles in teaching, finance, and data, but I ultimately found my calling in the organizing industry.” Read on to learn more about Kenika and her approach to creating calm, functional homes.

Why did you start your business?

Kenika: I originally launched my business as a side hustle to pay off debt and pursue something I genuinely enjoyed. As I began working with clients, I saw how deeply organization could affect people’s daily lives, and the work quickly became more meaningful. Today I run Tidied by K to transform how clients feel about their homes by creating spaces that support happier, more productive living.

What’s your mission/purpose statement?

Kenika: My mission is to help families live more productive, joyful lives at home through thoughtful organization. I aim to serve thousands of families by designing functional, beautiful systems that endure, so homes remain orderly and welcoming long after a project is finished.

What 2 (or 3!) pieces of content are you the proudest of?

Kenika:

  • I had the opportunity to share tips for a stress-free move on the Drew Barrymore Show—an unexpected and exciting moment in my career.
  • The reveal after organizing a client’s space is always the most rewarding part of the job. The joy and relief clients show during a reveal are what fuel my work.
  • A particular post that captures my journey, growth, and process sums up why I do this work: choosing a path I love rather than following a narrow idea of success. That reflection holds a lot of meaning for me.

Where are you going next? What’s your goal for the next year?

Kenika: So much is on the horizon for Tidied by K. Over the next year I want to partner with home and lifestyle brands to spread the message that organization and productivity directly contribute to happier home life. Collaborations will help broaden the reach of practical systems and inspire more families to create lasting order.

How can we (and the Fed and Fit community) best support you?

Kenika: The easiest ways to support my work are to follow me on Instagram and download my free resource, The Power of 30 Guide. It walks you through a simple, focused approach to decluttering any space in your home—perfect for anyone who wants to edit their space but needs a clear, actionable plan.
