There’s nothing better than a cold, fruity drink on a warm afternoon, especially when it’s made with fresh fruit. I’m always a fan of mango, and when I had some strawberries that needed to be used, I combined the two to create these strawberry mango margaritas. The result is a balanced, slightly sweet cocktail with gentle mango and strawberry notes—if you prefer a more intense fruit flavor, simply increase the fruit quantities.

If you’d like a non-alcoholic version, skip the tequila and Cointreau and add a splash more fruit juice or limeade. Strawberry, mango, or orange juice all work nicely and keep the same summery character.

Pull out a blender, gather a few simple ingredients, and you’ll have a vibrant, fruity margarita ready to enjoy on the deck or to bring a taste of summer indoors.

Ali’s Tip:

Try other fruits as well—blackberries, blueberries, peaches, apricots, or plums all make tasty variations. Aim for about 3–4 cups of fruit total when substituting, and adjust sugar to taste.
